EXERCISES
Discover beneficial exercises for your back, in the form of videos, offered both individually "à la carte" and in the form of "sessions" made up of several exercises. You can also compose your workout yourself. Schedule reminders to help you stay on track. Sort your exercises or your sessions according to 3 criteria: level of difficulty (1 to 3 stars), type of exercise (stretching, muscular, relaxation), exercise that can be done at work.
Four questions allow you to personalize the Activ'Dos app: the exercises and sessions that best suit your situation are offered to you as a priority.
POSTURES
Watch videos of good postures for the office, the garden, the car… Tips for adopting good postures and avoiding bad postures. Depending on your daily needs, you can schedule good posture reminders so you don't forget how to behave properly.
MOVE MY BACK NEAR HERE
With or without geolocation activated, find sports equipment near your usual places (work, home, etc.) to get your back moving: parks, stadiums, sports fields, swimming pools, outdoors or indoors… And share these addresses with your friends to preserve the health of your back together.
UNDERSTANDING MY BACK
