Get access to telemedical treatment in just a few steps via the ADAC Medical App for minor illnesses when traveling abroad. Exclusively for ADAC Premium members and customers of ADAC international health insurance.
How the app works:
In the case of minor illnesses while traveling abroad, a live medical consultation can be arranged via the ADAC Medical App. It is not necessary to attend an on-site consultation hour. ADAC Premium members or customers of ADAC international health insurance describe their symptoms and in just a few steps make an appointment with doctors at Medgate Deutschland GmbH. You will be contacted at the desired time on your smartphone via video or phone call. The doctor will treat you and coordinate the further procedure with you.

Requirements for use:
Before you travel abroad, you must either have an ADAC Premium membership or have taken out ADAC international health insurance.
Notes on using the ADAC Medical app:
• To use the app, you need your ADAC.de log-in information. If you have not yet registered, you can do so at www.adac.de/mein-adac
• For security reasons, a one-time confirmation of your identity is required to use the telemedicine consultation. For this purpose, the ADAC Medical App uses the Online Selfie Ident procedure, which you will be guided through after logging in. This step, which has to be carried out only once, is completed after about 5 minutes
