The primary task of the AlarmTrack application for the TMS system is to
assisting the work of the withdrawal service and thus increasing the efficiency of the monitoring service. The application allows you to receive the alert data (client and alarm event data) as soon as possible in the event of an alert, and support the site approach using a navigation system. Notification of the withdrawal service can be initiated by the TMS management system operator, or the TMS can automatically be done by TMS.
The withdrawal service has the ability to provide feedback (with regard to an alert or
regardless). This feedback is logged in TMS.
