Who is the app for?
Beast Fit provides a plan for everyone from beginner to advanced trainers.
What plans are there?
Ashley Cain has created a plan for every goal. Whether you want to build muscle, burn fat, get stronger, simply get fitter or all of these, there is a plan for you.
How long are the Beast Fit plans?
Plans are 4-6 weeks and there is no limit on how many plans you can complete.
Is Beast Fit for home or gym use?
Both! Beast Fit has beginner and advanced plans for both home and at the gym.
What about nutrition?
Beast Fit calculates your personalised calories and macros needed to reach your goals. The app conveniently splits your macros into meals for you.
What does the app include?
Beast Fit has every feature you will need during your training plan including:

- Step by step guide in every workout showing you how many reps to perform
- Rest timer to use in between sets
