5.0 A breath of fresh air is blowing through the Bliq app with our latest update: version 5.0! Our UX/UI designer has been working hard on a completely new look and feel and we will introduce it step by step. This release is the starting point of the makeover, starting with the updated registration process. Everything is designed to make your interaction with the app smoother, more intuitive and clearer. Dive into the future of Bliq and experience it for yourself!
In this update we have done a lot of work under the hood. We've updated our front-end framework and refreshed the technology we use to the latest versions. Nothing appears to change for you as a user, but this makes us even better prepared for the future. Stay tuned, because in the coming updates we will have fresh news and improvements in store for you.
Breaking new ground is what we do in this update! From now on, we are fully committed to controlling home batteries. Reading smart meters via the P4 function? We will slowly phase this out. New users can no longer register for this. Existing users, rest assured, you will hear about this change later. We believe this change will help deliver a better experience. Even though you may not see it right away, we've tinkered a lot with the engine of the Bliq app in this version. Our team has polished much of the code under the hood to ensure the app runs smoother, more efficiently, and more securely.
In addition, we have also made the login process a lot more user-friendly. The login page no longer refreshes when you switch between apps.
4.7.1 We've fixed some minor bugs in this version to improve your experience with the Bliq app. Data on the purchase/sale page is now displayed even more accurately, namely per 15 minutes. We have also introduced new icons that give the app a fresh and modern look. We've also fixed an issue with some translations so you can enjoy an error-free experience in your preferred language.
In this version we introduce home battery control. Via the new My Bliq tab in your app you can see all the components required for smart control, such as a dynamic energy contract. Based on these hourly rates and your consumption, Bliq controls the home battery as smartly as possible. This way everyone gets a good idea of what is possible at Bliq with smart control. We've also added more totals to the battery graph and made some performance improvements.
You asked for it! We have added totals to the sales/buy chart. Now you can clearly see what power you have bought and sold on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. You will also find a clear explanation of the data shown with each graph!
Is your home battery controlled by Bliq? Then you now see amounts based on the hourly price rates of the open energy market. Totals have also been added to the battery graph.
