Small hotfix update to provide support for upcoming updates and features:
- Updated to Billing Libary 3 (required by Google Play)
- UI Changes for upcoming updates
- Preparing for new Multiplayer Service

Thanks for you feedback! Sadly we noticed that Samsung devices have some Performance Problems. We don't know if this is a GPU or Engine Problem.
- Removed the Vibration on damage (!)
- Fixed Level 1, Player damage when you push the box
- Changed the default Camera Position (!) now you have by default the far-view camera, please give me feedback :) !
