- The car2go app will no longer support old hardware from the old days – because there aren’t any left! Today, we’re proud to have ”smartphone-only” vehicles in our fleet. This means we can spring-clean and speed up the app – making your trips more of a breeze than ever.- Nobody likes getting locked out because of a wrong PIN. So we've added a few hints to stop you from accidentally locking yourself out.
No more screenshots! You can now download your trip invoices as a PDF directly from the app for even easier access. You can access these at the bottom of the trip details screen (which has also been slightly redesigned).
Design changes and adaptations:- Slightly redesigned trips section for a better overview of past rentals.
Selecting a car nearby will show you the estimated walking time directly on the map (in addition to the already existing information on the vehicle panel).

No major updates this time, but there’s been lots of focus on app speed and quality improvements.
- From now on you have a possibility to check your payment profiles right within the app. Just go to menu and tap "Payment"- Some of you might notice that package selection screen got new visual design.- A nasty crash appearing on app start was eliminated. Let us know if it dares to show up again.- Also the reason which led to your favourite locations being cleared has been identified and is gone now.

In this update we improved our vehicle summary panel and how cars are displayed at Parkspots. For the vehicle panel, you can now easily see what type of car it is (no need to swipe up!), and check the fuel level and distance from you. For Parkspots, no more swiping to the left or right—you can check out the available cars all on one screen. We hope you’re having a great summer so far—stay tuned for even more improvements soon!
