* Single CSV file contains multiple contacts and can include the last time and number of times contacted
* Use advanced filter options to narrow your search down to a few contacts which match some criterion. For example you can focus on contacts with pictures, or those whose calls directly go to voicemail, or those whom you contacted more than a year ago.
