The Rules Have Changed
- Town layouts can't be modified
- Limited number of gangsters defending buildings
- Limited number of air patrol choppers
- Killed defending units are no longer deducted

Mansion level 14
Unlocks new levels for the following buildings:
Prison, Bank, Defense Tower, 37 M Gun, Hunting Trap, Warehouse, Mine Trap, Anti-Vehicle Trap, Electric Tower, and Shop!
Grease Monkeys level 10
Unlocks upgrades for Car Bomb, Super Toucan, and X-1 Hyena.
Prison level 12
Prison riot! Chaos behind bars teaches Sally and the Hustler a few new tricks, finally unlocking a new research level for both.
Mansion level 14
Unlocks new levels for the following buildings:
Prison, Bank, Defense Tower, 37 M Gun, Hunting Trap, Warehouse, Mine Trap, Anti-Vehicle Trap, Electric Tower, and Shop!
Grease Monkeys level 10
Unlocks upgrades for Car Bomb, Super Toucan, and X-1 Hyena.
