App Comuni di InformaCittadino: in a single APP all the services, news, events and useful information to communicate with citizens, economic operators and tourists

News, alerts and notifications
The system of automatic sending and receiving push notifications is undoubtedly an important system to facilitate the meeting between the Municipality and users. The latter will have access to news, announcements and notices through a simple click.

Alerts and civil protection
An essential and widespread information service that, through real-time alert systems, reaches the citizen wherever it is. The APP is equipped with an area dedicated to the publication of civil protection plans and indispensable information in the event of an alert.

Waste and differentiated calendar
A real support to help citizens in the daily management of waste collection. The APP provides a reminder service for each area; the calendar, which is easy to consult, is always available online to keep up-to-date with the methods for conferring waste.

Notifications
With a view to increasing citizen involvement in the Municipality's activities, the online reporting tool is essential to give anyone the opportunity to easily get in touch with the Administration: the citizen, through a communication and reporting system integrated into the APP, can easily send reports or queries to municipal offices.

Enhance tourism, services and points of interest
Georeferencing of points of interest (POI), such as offices and public facilities (schools, municipal buildings, branch offices, law enforcement agencies, banks, post offices etc.), places of tourist, historical and cultural interest, sports and educational facilities, commercial activities and services in general. App Comuni di InformaCittadino allows you to identify the thematic map points, with the exact location and a brief information sheet, very useful as a reference for citizens and tourists.

The APP is also multilingual for greater involvement of tourists and citizens.
