This version contains an improved helpDesk experience for raising tickets, especially for cases where your purifier is not working. Changes includes:
1.Renamed 'Support' section to 'HelpDesk' with an improved UI.
2.Included automated IOT based checks when you raise a 'Purifier not working' ticket.
3.Ability for you to provide more details about your issue for some other cases such as Leakage so that we can resolve your issue faster.
