(War Chest now gives 10 to 15 shards instead of just 5!)

- PvP Balance Fix (Previously, we reduced XP and Score by 90% if a player killed the same opponent twice within 60s to prevent boosting. However, this also hurt legit late-game fights.This penalty has been removed!)
