The world is full of problems like war, climate change, terrorism, poverty, hunger etc. The true solution lies in changing the view of people, the governments who make policies for them. Most of us identify ourselves as the citizen of a particular nation, but none as a global citizen. The reason lies in the fact that 90% of the world population do live and die working for their own government. The government is thus responsible to make policies which only benefits their own citizens.
Change for a better future can come if people start living their life as a global citizen. When nations start collaborating and look for solutions to the problems which are not just confine to their geopolitical boundary but larger than that. The global problems, like climate change, terrorism, hunger etc. Then we can push forward for better future. For that policymakers of every nation on earth must change their view point and start making policies keeping in mind the situation of the world at large.
The Good Country is one such initiative to encourage the governments around the world to take decisions for the benefit of the world along with their on benefits.
So lets take a small step to make this world a better place. This application is a fan application for the organisation called The Good Country founded by Mr. Simon Anholt, a political adviser and speaker.
