Gub Gub is a food inventory and recipe app that helps you save money, cook delicious recipes and reduce food waste. The app was developed to not only help students make the most of their food but to help protect and make the planet a more sustainable place to live. With your help, we believe we can make a big difference in making the world a more sustainable place to live
The app enables you to create a digital inventory of your food, allowing you to see the food you have at any time using your mobile phone. The shopping list feature allows you to plan your shopping and reduce overbuying. The digital inventory reminds you when food is about to expire and aims to inspire you to use the food through recipe suggestions and useful culinary tips. Users can share their recipes with the community to help others use their food. The analytics aims to help users track the cost of food and waste to help with budgeting.
