With our latest update, Digital ID is now available for Handelsbanken Corporate customers. You can now also use biometrics to log in to online banking with Digital ID.
Use the Handelsbanken Digital ID app to log in to Individual Online Banking and sign transactions.
Handelsbanken Digital ID is our new log in and authentication app which gives you another secure way to access online banking and approve payments. It can be used as an alternative to the logon card and card reader, giving you more choice when you wish to access your accounts online.
With Digital ID, you can;
• Log in to online banking
• Create and approve payments
• Authorise changes to your security settings
Setting up the app
Once you have downloaded the app, you must activate it by following the below steps:
1. Log in to online banking using your card reader with cable
2. Click ‘Mobile Banking’ in the top menu and select ‘Activate Digital ID’ from Quick Links
3. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your activation
To use Handelsbanken Digital ID, you must be a Handelsbanken UK customer who is registered for either Individual or Corporate Online Banking.
