Number of passengers: You can now enter the number of passengers you’ll be booking when you search for flights. Say goodbye to finding out there aren’t enough seats for everyone in your travel party when you’re about to pay. Now, we’ll only show you results with enough availability to accommodate everyone.

Don't you get so excited every time you see that there is a new update for your Hopper app? Doesn't it feel like there's a team of tiny Engineers working inside your phone to keep the app with the cute bunnies working fast and smooth? Keeping it fresh, keeping it fun. You might not notice this update, because it's all bug fixes, but that's where the magic lies. It's easier to describe engineering as "magic" rather than "coding." Well, not easier, but like, definitely more fun.
Fare Clarity: We've added another way to make sure Hopper users are aware which kind of fare they are booking for their next flight. When you choose a Basic Economy option, you'll see a summary of any restrictions associated with that fare and a comparison with Economy fare. Whether you're a Basic Economy Bun or prefer the perks of a higher fare class, we want to make sure you're crystal clear on what kind of ticket you're purchasing for your trip.

Hi friends. It’s a new app update. This one is a lot of smaller UI changes to make everything more sleek and sexy. That’s how you would refer to the Hopper app, right? As sexy? Different headers and buttons, stuff you probably won’t notice. We predict you’ll open your app, not know what changed, but be like “wow, I love using Hopper! It’s so pretty. Update time! Here’s what’s up
1) Bug fixes. We squashed those pesky bugs that you hopefully didn’t even notice
2) Passport! Nationality! You can now enter this information when you book, which means we can add more airlines to the app
3) You were pressing the back button, the app was crashing. Sorry about that! We want you to be able to return to the previous screen, so we fixed it!
4) Transitions look cooler now! When you press things like “Add passengers” the screen is pushed up vertically
