Connecting to HotSpot

Using the HotSpot application makes it easy to connect to HotSpot locations. In the application on the status screen, HotSpot username and password is entered, and by pressing the "Sign in" button, connection to HotSpot starts. After the first successful login, the data is remembered to facilitate the next connection.


Automatically connect to HotSpot

In order to make the use of HotSpot services as easy as possible, the application has the ability to automatically connect to HotSpot locations. After entering user data in the application settings, you need to enable the automatic connection to HotSpot. By turning this option on, the application attempts to connect to HotSpot if HotSpot location is found nearby, or if HotSpot wireless network is available. The HotSpot application should be turned on so that the automatic login works properly, i.e. If the application runs in the background, automatic connection to HotSpot will not work, but you need to turn on the application.


Automatically adjust data for T-Mobile users

T-Mobile users who are able to open HotSpot user data streamlines the fetching and writing of data into the application because the application is doing actions, retrieval, and logging into HotSpot with user data, thereby significantly speeding up and simplifying the application process on HotSpot! The application in the background sends an SMS to destination 13526, reads the information received in an incoming SMS message, and enters them into the application settings and attempts to connect to HotSpot.
