Covid-19 Statement
With this release we are starting the transition to use email address for login. Users may continue to login with their current User ID, but upon login the registered email address will be auto populated for the next login.
Note: Users should begin using their registered email address as the primary login. Support for logging in with a User ID will be removed in a future release.

IAA Tow is a mobile dispatch solution designed to assist IAA’s network of tow-operator partners. The app receives notifications when vehicles are dispatched to tow operators and allows the driver to record when the tow assignment vehicle has been picked up and the delivery of the vehicle has been completed.
