Enjoy a more intuitive app with these navigation changes:
The section ‘Messages’ now stands in place of ‘Profile’, so you can reach it faster. You will find there your inbox, and your documents if you are a private customer.
Worry not, your ‘Profile’ section has not disappeared. What it contained has simply moved to the section ‘Services’.
Finally, to adapt your app’s Settings, you can go to ‘Services’ > ‘Do it yourself’.

Looking for a specific transaction? You can now use the search bar in your Overview. Quick and easy.
You'll now be able to show or hide any account you own and change its name–whether in your ING Banking app, Home'Bank or Business'Bank.
