First steps:
1. Create your project
2. Set suitable parameters
3. Set up reminders
4. Optionally invite team members
Instructions for carrying out an intuitive measurement:
1. Select a project
2. Open the first parameter
3. Intuitively determine the current state of this parameter on a scale of 0-100
4. Check if the result feels right
5. Continue with the next parameter
The color immediately shows you the urgency:
- Green: Optimum
- Yellow: Warning
- Orange: Need for action
- Red: Emergency
This gives you an overview of which topics need attention at the moment, but also what is currently going well. At the same time, you can observe the development over a longer period of time and even have the option of making notes about important events in the logbook.

The app helps you live happier and more fulfilled lives. You can, for example, create the "AREAS OF LIFE" project and then create the following parameters under it:
- Profession
- Love
- Body
- Development
- Social
Now you record the current status every day and immediately recognize when an area needs more attention.
Or you name a project "FEEL GOOD" and regularly determine the following parameters:
- Life energy
- Joie de vivre
- Optimism
- Inner peace
In this way you can do something in good time or change something when the values drop.

You can also use the app to monitor and control projects, because like an earthquake early warning system, innerwise GPS shows upcoming changes at an early stage.
For the "PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT" project, for example, you could record the following measured values:

Team functions for collaboration are also possible here: other people can observe or also determine the parameters.
