iTel Hybrid Dialer is a combination of VOIP mobile dialer and call through dialer. It works on both Wi-Fi & 3G and also to call through DID while there is no internet connectivity.

• For VoIP calling, it is integrated with mobile phonebook directly.
• Your clients can check their account balance on mobile phone screen or alternatively, they can hear account balance through IVR (interactive voice response).
