Users must first enter data for price el. energy, constant, etc., then the program automatically loads data for the next state of the meter, so that the user only later writes the date of reading and the new state of the meter. Of course you have to be careful when switching from winter to summer tariff because this price changes.
Used el. energy - in the bill appears as "active energy" and expressed in kilowatt-hours (kWh). The number of kilowatt-hours spent during the accounting period is paid. If the customer has a two-tier counter, electricity is charged at a higher and lower rate. If it has a single-tariff meter, it always buys electricity at one tariff.
