Welcome to Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3 and Cloud Chat 3!We have redesigned the login, url and forgot password page. But we have changed a lot under the hood.The app will now play a sound on new clients and new messages, send typing status to client and operator, copy messages and instant message sending. Ended conversations have now also the copy feature included! Thank you very much for all the feedbacks and enjoy the new release. Happy chatting!

The app connects to your LC3, HD3 or CC3 installation, you will need a license to connect the app with your Support Software provided by JAKWEB.
After download simply add the URL to your Live Chat 3 or Cloud Chat 3 installation. The URL can be found in your operator dashboard. Login and start serve your clients from your Android device. More information can be found in our FAQ: https://www.jakweb.ch/faq/a/162/native-app-android-and-ios
