Doc.ua - smart access to healthcare. A doctor search service, a pharmacy, analysis, diagnostics and online consultations are all now in your smartphone! This is a universal mobile application in which you can easily make an appointment with a doctor or book his visit to home, order the delivery of medicines, take tests, get an online doctor's consultation, find the necessary laboratory or diagnostic center in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkiv and other cities of Ukraine. For years we have been collecting reviews about doctors, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers and the quality of their services to help you choose the best!
App features
The free doctor search service Doc.ua offers the following opportunities for users:
search for a doctor by last name or specialty in Kyiv or another city;
view the profile, rating and reviews of the doctor;
book an appointment with a doctor;
make an appointment directly to the clinic;
order a doctor visit to home;
order an online doctor's consultation;
order medicines at a pharmacy or with delivery;
get discounts for taking tests
get directions to a specific clinic;
get price-lists;
view a history of doctor visits;
call directly to support team.
How to use the app
Check in. To make an online appointment, register in the application on your mobile device, specifying the phone number, SMS code and password. Use at least 6 characters, only numbers and latin letters.
Fill out the profile. When filling out your profile, you must indicate your full name, date of birth, gender, city and your email address.
Terms and conditions of service Doc.ua. Press the button "I agree" with the terms and conditions of Doc.ua. Thus, you consent to the processing of personal data. Please note that all personal information is strictly confidential.
After those completed steps, you will find yourself on the main page of the application. Here you can make an appointment with private clinics, order medicines in the "Buy medicines" section, and make an appointment for laboratory diagnostics.
The process of finding the right specialist in the Doc.ua application is quite fast and easy. You can find a doctor by specifying the last name or speciality, as well as choose your area of residence or the nearest metro station.
The application contains doctors of the following specialties:

beautician and others.
Having chosen the necessary doctor, leave a request, and the call center operators will call you back shortly to clarify the details and confirm the appointment.
Audio consultation section
The doctors listed on the Doc.ua page are ready to provide online medical assistance (audio consultation). Such a consultation is suitable for you if you need a quick answer to questions related to healthcare or it is not possible to come for a face-to-face appointment. To make an appointment for an audio consultation, go to the main page of the application, to the "Make an appointment" section.
About the section "Records"
The "Records" section will display information about planned visits to the doctor, appointments, ordered medications or visited laboratories. Here you can see the time and date of the appointment. If your plans have changed and you want to cancel the appointment or cancel the selected services, then you can do it through this section.
About the "Profile" section
In the "Profile" section, you can change the password, phone number, add or change the email address, and personal data. Here you can also contact the support service by calling the indicated phone numbers. Our operators are always ready to help and resolve any issue related to medical services.
