The official application of the Air Force Meteorological Service (www.meteoam.it) provides forecast meteorological information relating to the national territory.

Feedback Mechanism
To send reports on cases of non-compliance with accessibility requirements, a specific report can be forwarded directly to the e-mail address: accesota@aeronautica.difesa.it.
In the e-mail it is necessary to indicate:
· - name and surname,
· - e-mail address,
· - url of the web page or sections of the site subject to the reporting,
· - clear and concise description of the problem encountered,
· - tools used (operating system, browser, assistive technologies).


The Meteo Aeronautica application is designed to provide the user with the following functions:

Home page
• Personalized home page with the possibility to enter up to four favorite locations
• Geolocalized forecasts based on the position of the device
• Hourly forecasts for up to five days of the main meteorological parameters - state of the sky, precipitation, humidity, pressure and wind
• Animated satellite images

Intense phenomena
• Indication on the availability of reports of intense phenomena
• Possibility of enabling notifications for reports of intense phenomena

Map
• Forecast map for Italy with animations on the evolution of various atmospheric parameters over time and space (precipitation, wind, cloud cover, etc)
• Point forecasts across the entire national territory

Explore
• Information section with multimedia content such as videos, podcasts and satellite image animations
• Ability to enable notifications for each new multimedia content published

Preferences
• Setting of 4 favorite locations
• Enabling geolocation of the device
• Enabling and customizing notifications
