Client fails to immediately re-register itself after a connection change.
Client may terminate a call the moment it goes into ringing state.
Client may stop registering itself if it loses its network connection within 5 seconds before trying to refresh its softphone registration.

This version brings back CTI call control capability on MX-ONE for Remote Extension calls and it fixes some minor bug fixes.
