In Mindfully you will find a unique mix of breadth and depth. Here you can both learn to meditate and go deeper in your inner journey. Therefore, the app consists of two parts: Meditation & Knowledge.
Meditation
Here you will find over 250 guided meditations in Swedish based on various themes such as happiness, stress, anxiety and sleep. In the meditation journey, you will learn to meditate in seven different parts that contain a total of 49 meditations. Here you will also find guided meditations for when life happens, such as before a first date or if you have to work from home. Under the series tab, you will find courses by Sweden's leading experts where you can delve deeper into topics such as presence, social mindfulness, self-compassion, being present, being in nature, sleep and retreats.
Knowledge
Here you can listen to old and new episodes of Sweden's largest meditation podcast, Meditera Mera, completely free of advertising. You'll also find insights that reflect on what the benefits of meditation are, along with the science of meditation and mindfulness. Last but not least, you will also find a Q&A where we have collected the most common questions and answers about meditation so that you can get started right away.
