Meet MuscleMan, your new virtual personal trainer and performance tracker. With more than 150 exercises, Muscle Man creates personalized workout plans for every week. With abs workout for men, gym and at-home workouts, HIIT workouts, chest workouts, belly & arm exercises, leg workouts, core workouts, weight-lifting, push-ups, stretching, weight loss plans, strength training, muscle gain exercises, and more exercises for men you will improve your health and get strong quick. The workout planner lets you know how long the workout is, how many calories you burn by doing it, which muscles you’re targeting, and if it is a gym or at-home workout with no equipment. You can always modify the difficulty of your workouts in Muscle Men and listen to your favorite music while doing them.

TRACK YOUR JOURNEY

With MuscleMan you can always know if you’re close to achieving your goals, how your performance compares to that of a previous period and a lot more. With My Journey on MuscleMen, you can see how much you have worked out that particular day, how many calories you’ve burned, how many steps you have walked, how much water you have drunk and see your progress with Progress Pictures. The best thing about My Journey is that you can see your progress on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis compared to the previous period.

The personally-tailored meal plans for men are created so you can get all the nutrition you need to lose weight, burn fat, to have more shredded body or to gain weight, build muscle and become bulk MuscleMan generates meal plans depending on your diet, be that Normal, Vegetarian, Vegan, or even Keto diet. All the meal plans have one thing in common. They are made of incredibly delicious recipes that at the same time are healthy and contain the necessary nutrition to help you achieve your goals.

MuscleMan has Google Fit integrated. So, you can track your performance easily. The app will provide calories and step counting metrics for all exercises and workouts.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

MuscleMan is free to download. Accessing custom workouts requires an active subscription, available on a weekly basis. Weekly subscriptions are billed every week.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
