Noua versiune include opțiunea de reluare plată contribuții pentru produsele de pensie facultativă suspendate (cu status Inactiv) direct din aplicație, accesând meniul „Reluare plată contribuție” din pagina de produs. Pentru a avea disponibilă această opțiune trebuie să fii contractant și plătitor al contractului, și să ai doar contribuție personală pe contract.
Actualizează sau descarcă noua versiune și convinge-te singur că e atât utilă, cât și intuitivă.
Noua versiune include două opțiuni noi:
1.Meniul „Beneficiile mele”, în care poți vizualiza beneficiile suplimentare de care te bucuri în calitate de client de asigurări de viață și sănătate.
2.Opțiunea de „Ștergere cont”, în cazul în care vrei să renunți la contul tău NN Direct.
În plus, am remediat o serie de erori și am adus îmbunătățiri tehnice și de securitate, pentru ca tu să te bucuri și mai mult de experiența NN Direct.
NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone what is most important to know about insurance and pensions from NN.
You can pay insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions quickly and safely with any bank card, and you can save your card details to make payments easier. If you are among those with an appetite for investments, you can also make transactions with fund units in a few simple steps through the application.
Moreover, you have access to the history of insurance premiums paid and pension contributions and you can update your personal or contact details whenever there are changes, simply by scanning your ID card.
In the event of an insured event, you can send us all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can later track the status of your request. We will notify you if we need additional documents, which you will also be able to upload in the application.
Account activation is quick and done remotely, and for authentication you can choose the classic version (email and password) or, even simpler, with facial recognition or fingerprint.
To enjoy the new experience that comes with new functionalities and information you understand, it is enough to update or download the latest version.
