The application can be downloaded, but it is only available to Orange subscribers. If you don't have an option or subscription with included access, you can test it for 30 days. Later, to continue to benefit from its advantages, you must activate the Orange Antivirus option (1 euro/month, including VAT) or a new subscription with included access. The option fee will be found on your Orange bill.

how to uninstall the application
Enter the menu settings > security > device administrators, uncheck the Orange Antivirus application from the list and then click on disable. Then you can uninstall the application.
