In order to keep yourself and your children safe, orcas have to introduce an online classroom between you and your tutor. Go to your Orcas app, select “Online home tutoring”, choose the grade and subject and follow the steps.
Once you pay the session fees your tutor will send you an invitation to join an online classroom.

Your Request and Session Cards are now labeled with their own unique reference number, press on the reference number to copy it. “This will help you differentiate between jobs better, especially when it comes to communicating with our Operations Department “

Start your sessions & pay later : when renewing your sessions our silver users can now request from the tutor/babysitter to start the sessions soon and pay the session’s fees later
How it works?
if you are a silver user press the “I want to pay later” checkbox while you are renewing the sessions, once your partner accepts your “Pay later request” your sessions will start as soon as you need.
