The world of e-commerce is based on three pillars: customers, sellers, and the Ozon Seller app which, by the way, has seen some great updates.
— We've added an option to copy PDPs: you can now create new products on the basis of the old ones in a couple of clicks in the "Products" section.
— We've added details about shipments for FBS, realFBS, and realFBS Express: depending on the scheme, you'll see the expected delivery date, information about the customer, or the courier's contact details.
We had a good holiday in May, so we are releasing big updates for the second time in a month.
— We launched the "Returns" section: it shows a list of returns with status of parcels. You can't process returns yourself yet. We will open this feature later.
— We added a label printing feature for FBS shipments that you prepare for shipping: you can send labels to a printer right away or download a PDF.
The updates are pure gold.
— We've added a "Promotion" section: there you can launch or edit a campaign to promote products via stencils.
— We've created a page with the price index: go to it from the widget on the home screen to check your index, and change prices if you want to.
— You can now open disputes about FBS shipments for all parcels at once or add them to shipping.
— We've updated the chat section: it is now as beautiful and user-friendly as it is in the computer version.
There's only one notable update, but what a great one.
— You can now add video covers and videos for PDPs via links to YouTube. We had already written about it before, but had to cancel it then. This time it's definitely available.
One does not simply stop updating the app.
— We've added editing and uploading new images and videos to PDPs via links to Yandex.Disk.
— FBS: we've started to generate barcodes for shipping. Now you don't have to go to your account and then show a picture or a screenshot at the drop-off point.

Поработали над разделом «Товары» — теперь в приложении можно создавать товары вручную, заполняя карточки с нуля.
Добавили возможность работать с актами отгрузки — для создания перевозок отправлений и управления актами больше не нужно быть в шаге от компьютера.
Не забыли и про «Заявки на скидку» — раздел стал краше: теперь купленный товар по заявке можно сразу увидеть в приложении.
А ещё вы сможете оценить новые возможности этой версии, если продаете свои товары не только в России.
Если ищете стабильности, то её стало немного больше в нашем приложении — доработали недочёты в новой версии.
Поработали и над разделом «Акции» — теперь добавлять, удалять и редактировать товары, участвующие в акциях, можно и в приложении.
Пока большое обновление в работе, чтобы скрасить ожидание, исправили недочёты, которые нашли в прошлой версии.
The Ozon Seller app helps to manage sales on the marketplace from your phone. We're adding more and more tools to it from the personal account, so you can keep an eye on your business even when you're away from the computer.
In the app you can:
- view the amount of orders for the last two weeks in a graph format;
- monitor the statuses and content of shipments;
- confirm collection, cancel orders or split them into several shipments if you work from your own warehouse;
- communicate with support service and customers;
- work with discount requests;
- change prices and update stock;
- switch between different accounts;
- respond to reviews.
