The project "Guardian of Justice for Consumers: Strengthening the capacities of civil society organizations and the media for monitoring, promotion and advocacy of consumer protection in North Macedonia" is implemented by the Institute for Strategic Research and Education - ISIE from Skopje in the period December 2019 - December 2020 .

The goal of the project is to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations and the media for better monitoring and reporting on the procedures for resolving consumer disputes. The project is particularly focused on the actions of various regulatory bodies and agencies, as well as inspection authorities, in the resolution of consumer disputes. At the local level, the project will contribute to more balanced socio-economic development by improving the local infrastructure of the less developed municipalities and supporting new employment.

The preparation of this mobile application is supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) through the Project "Nordic Support for the Progress of North Macedonia", implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
