The authority to issue postage stamps on behalf of the Republic of Turkey is given to our organization by Law No. 5584. This organization is responsible for the production and sale of a-stamp and philatelic material, b- arrangement of stamp exhibitions, c) preparation and use of the philatelic stamps (first day and special day stamps), d- philatelic services and the activities of introducing d-philatelines.
Our philatelic services are carried out by our Philatelic and Subscriber Affairs Branches, our Chiefship Offices, PTT Centers and Philatelic Gems affiliated to our Chiefship Offices.
