The ready app of the Swiss Army supports you in your preparation for recruitment and recruit school. You will specifically improve your strength, endurance and mental strength. You will continuously increase your fitness and receive background information on sports, nutrition and mental strength. These preparations are important. They can help to minimize the risk of injury - not only during RS - and withstand the stresses. Everyday military life is usually much more demanding, physically and psychologically, than everyday civilian life.
The ready app of the Swiss Army was developed together with the Federal Office for Sport BASPO according to the latest sports science findings.
- You will receive a training plan that is individually tailored to your physical fitness and your desired military function.
- You can complete four training units per week with progressively increasing intensity levels.
- You train without equipment, just with your body weight.
- There are a total of over 330 video instructions for all exercises.
- You can also use the ready app in combination with sports watches or fitness trackers.
- You can keep a training diary for all your sporting activities.
- The ready app gives you knowledge and background information about sports, nutrition and mental strength.
- For achieved goals you get awards and distinctions.
- You can share your achievements on social media.
- Regular training sessions will inevitably pay off with a better body feeling.
