Admiring or following the Buddhist philosophy increases our own spiritual power, since the Buddha's message and advice teaches us to love ourselves, our neighbor, not to live with grudges and to be at peace with ourselves. Buddhist meditation or "Zen Buddhism" is practiced by leaning on a meditation cushion.

For Buddhism, the path that leads to happiness involves a series of practices and thoughts that put us in connection with our essence, in body and soul, as well as with others and with nature. Buddha's phrases are based on the liberation of the human being and all beings by reaching a state of mind of plenitude, strength and wisdom, just as Buddha did.
