To do this, S-pushTAN asks all those who usually unlock the app with biometrics to enter their app password once. IT'S VERY SIMPLE
• When banking online with your smartphone, tablet or computer, you place your orders there and send them.
• The S-pushTAN app always shows you the details of the order. You check the data and release the order simply and easily - done.
• Can be used for all TAN or orders that require approval: transfers, submitting or changing standing orders, securities and service orders and much more.
LET'S GO AFTER YOUR SPARKASS HAS ACTIVATED
You can start with the S-pushTAN app if you are registered for the pushTAN procedure and you have your personal registration letter:
1 - Apply for the pushTAN procedure or change to your savings bank You can switch from your previously used procedure to the pushTAN procedure online at your savings bank's online branch.
2 - Download the S-pushTAN app free of charge onto your smartphone or tablet.
3 - Start setting up the S-pushTAN app as soon as you have received the registration letter from your savings bank.
SECURITY
• The S-pushTAN app communicates in encrypted form via tested interfaces. It ensures secure data transfer in accordance with German online banking regulations.
• Access to S-pushTAN is protected by a password you choose and optionally by fingerprint or facial recognition.
• The app locks itself automatically after a short period of time. This means your data is protected as much as possible even if you lose your smartphone or tablet.
• TÜV confirms these highest safety standards every year.
NOTES
• In order to use pushTAN, you need activation from your savings bank and a registration letter for the first setup.
• In order to use the current version of the app, you need at least Android 6 on your smartphone or tablet.
• If your smartphone or tablet is rooted or you are using a beta version of the operating system, S-pushTAN will not run on it. The important high security standards for the mobile banking we offer cannot be guaranteed on manipulated devices.
• Please do not deny S-pushTAN any of the requested permissions when setting it up, as these are necessary for the app to work smoothly.
• The app is free, but you may incur costs to use it. Please note the information provided by your savings bank.
