We never stop working on your app experience. In this release, we've made these exciting tweaks:
1. For new Singlife Account customers, you'll now be able to receive the Singlife Visa Debit Card in less than half the time before - approx. 3 to 4 biz days only!
2. For our Grow friends, partial withdrawals are now possible even if some of your transactions or portfolio changes are in flight.
3. Since we're all mates, we'll start addressing you by your preferred name instead of your first name!
We heard your feedback and have made changes in this release.
Member-Get-Member Programme:
- Referral links and codes are now the same (old links still work don’t worry)
- Codes are auto-populated when you use referral links
- Submitted codes will be displayed once you’ve confirmed
Other enhancements:
- Reminders are now in place when your MFLI plans needs renewal
- Enhanced Grow’s CKA and Singlife Debit Card ordering flows
- Regular upgrades to keep the app running smoothly and securely

Here are our latest updates in release v4.5:
1. Market conditions mean that we are revising our base interest rates to 1.5% come 29 Jan 2021 (we know, we know).
2. Comrades- hope is not lost! Our Save, Spend, Earn campaign has been extended till 30 June 2021 so you can still get bonus return.
3. Back-end security enhancements to more securely lock up your precious personal deets!

We're hoping those vaccines work, but in the meantime, here are the other things which have taken flight in v4.4.0:
1. New Year, New You, New Me, New Us! Find your personal details under the Singlife ID tab in a refreshing new display! Your communication preferences and security settings can also be toggled in the same tab.
2. Patched up bugs in transaction history and biometrics.
3. Back-end enhancements for a better app experience.
In v4.3:
1. Just in time for Xmas-our new investment vertical, Grow, is available to everyone! Explore our new Grow service in the "Portfolios" tab.
2. For those who want to buy insurance on app, our term life insurance, MFLI, can now be paid via credit card
3. Singlife Account is now officially *sobs* on waitlist (It's not you, it's us, really!)
4. Beefed-up our security to fend off intruders- you never know what they have up their sleeves this Xmas (remember Home Alone 1, 2, 3, 4?)
Besides the usual (bug) demolition work, this minor release contains:
1. The bar tracking your card spend was misaligned, we've fixed it in this release
2. It is now much easier to switch your Grow portfolio
3. Loading times for when you make transactions are now shortened
Yikes! We've discovered an annoying bug which made the app lock screen all loopy for some of our iOS users using their biometric Face ID. We're stamping it out with v4.1.1. Good riddance!
Our app is turning a big 4.0.
As such- it's presents for everyone!
In v4.0, you will see the following:
1. Still unsure when your return will be credited? We now have a returns dashboard to let users know just that.
2. We know incentives are important to you. So we've unlocked the feature of "bonus return" in-app! Go check out our card spend campaign screens.
3. And...We've also squashed more bugs (clearly ageing like fine wine).
Today's small release includes:
• Our 'Show More' button in app is fixed! You can now view your complete activity history.
• Several blank screens- occurring rarely and randomly, we've now exterminated that bug. Other screen errors might inevitably occur, but we will hunt them down and eliminate them, too.
• Unable to confirm full name- some customers were unable to complete their full names and sign up. We've fixed that, too.
Besides improving overall app stability (app store reviewers- we are listening and working on it!), we will be releasing:
1. FAQs within the app - this means you no longer need to talk to Vincent from our support team to get (all) the answers, you can now self-serve by clicking on the question mark on the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Your transactions list and withdrawal flow have gotten a makeover too.
Besides the standard fixes, in this release, the top 3 things you can look forward to are:
1. A faster onboarding process – to the delight of our many new customers
2. Our app font is now standardised across device types. Visual consistency!
3. For the people who've gleefully participated in our not-so-secret paid referral programme, good news! You can now see the names of those who you've invited or have invited you in your transaction screen
This is a minor release. But we live in a time where sometimes the smallest (microscopic) things sometimes have the largest impact. In this release:
• Users can now access paid referral terms & conditions in-app
• Stability enhancement: not seen, but certainly felt
In v3.3.0, we've fixed some bugs and done some really gnarly things:
• We've fixed a typo which confusingly said that you get 5% of your account value in insurance coverage with the Singlife Account- it's actually 105% (surprise!)
• If you refer a friend, you'll see that the invite screen has now become more... inviting :)
• Your email templates from us just got a little makeover, too- it's like Xmas, everybody!
• Finally, you can now pay for your Basic Term policy through your Singlife Account!
Besides some improvements and bug fixes, you can now enjoy:
• Increased touch activation area for when you add your bank account details (to our users with larger thumbs–we heard you!)
• Increased character limit for Tax Identification Number (which is a fancy way of saying we allow more people from different tax jurisdictions to sign on)
• Finally, you can now seamlessly purchase insurance from Singlife.com using your Singlife Account ID! One ID to conquer the whole product ecosystem! Boom.
We’re excited to share that you can now get free financial advice when you're connected to one of our trusted third-party financial advisers. The app now takes lesser space in your phone - hooray! You can now update your bank account details whenever needed. Simply head on over to delete & add a new one in! We've also added a 'show password' feature where you can ensure that your passwords match when you come on-board. Processes are enhanced if you ever need to terminate your Singlife Account.
In this mini release, we've created not one, but 13 different icons for each type of transaction you make with your Singlife Card! We hope this enhancement would be a visual delight.
