Fix AFileDescriptor_getFD renamed to AFileDescriptor_getFd in Android 12 preventing application to open files.

Changed location services implementation using foreground service only. The location are used optionally for determination of the sun set and sun rise, and rendering of position of stars and planets in the local sky view.
