Smart Salik makes managing your Salik account easier and more convenient. Now new services and features are added to help you even more.
Existing features are all available, you can check your balance, Recharge your account or any other account, you can also add and remove vehicles, check your trips and violations, update you profile information and access general Salik information.
New features and services include:
• Enhanced Dashboard: get important insights about your account balance and activities in a flash.
• Countdown timer: keep you alerted about potential violations.
• Remove Vehicle: no need to contact the call center or visit a location.
• Recharge using Mobile and Plate instead of Account and PIN: even more convenient than before.
• Sign in using finger print.
• Stay logged in with a "keep me signed in" feature.
• An enhanced scanning feature to scan recharge numbers, TC and Tag numbers.
• Wearable device support

Please note that the Smart Salik App requires the following permissions:

- Location Services:
The app will access this service to provide directions to the toll gates & customer service locations.
- Photos / Media:
The app will access these files to allow you to set your profile picture.
- Camera / Microphone:
The app will access these services to allow you to use the OCR feature when recharging. Note: on Android phones, the camera service is not separate from the microphone since both services being accessed.
- Push Notifications:
The app will send Push Notifications relating app updates if user agreements to accept the notifications on their device.
- Wi-Fi Connection Information:
The app will access this service to check if Wi-Fi is enabled to avoid using your data package if Wi-Fi is present.
- Device ID & Call Information:
The app will access these services to allow the SMS function to launch when recharging your Salik account if not logged in to your Salik User Account.
The Salik smartphone application makes managing your Salik account even easier than ever before. We've added new services and features to help you better.
All existing services are still available in the new application, you can inquire about your account balance and recharge your account or any other account. You can also add vehicles, view your trips and violations, edit your profile information, and see additional information.
New services and features include:

• Counter: Keep up to date with filling your account to avoid irregularities.
• Delete vehicle: No need to call the call center or visit customer service centers.
• Recharge Salik account by phone number and vehicle panel instead of account number and PIN.
• Log in by fingerprint.
• No need to enter your password every time.
• Improved digital identification feature for easy entry of credit card number, traffic file number and Salik card number.

Location:
This authority is used to provide instructions for Salik portal sites and customer services
Images / Media / Files:
This permission is used to provide the user image selection feature
Camera / Microphone:
This authorization is used to provide digital identification on the voucher / credit card recharge number via camera only; please note that the Android system combines the power to use the camera and the microphone under one
Wi-Fi connection information:
This power is used to avoid using the phone data packet when Wi-Fi is connected
Device ID and call information:
This validity is used to use text messages when charging the balance using the voucher / card without entering the Salik account
