How does Swoop work?
Simply download the Swoop app and book your ride via the app. We will pick you up from the nearest stop that is only a few steps away from you and drive you to your destination. Our Swoop prices are fixed so you can say goodbye to surge and peak hour surcharges found on other transport booking apps.
Swooping with us is simple:
1 - Download the app and follow the instructions to create an account.
2 - Request a trip by telling us where you want to go and we will match the best route for you.
3 - Choose the most convenient ride based on your pick-up and drop-off locations and timings.
4 - Our Swooper Captains who are vetted will pick you up at your chosen pick-up stop.
5 - Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride with us.

Swooper Captain or Swoop’s driver are a group of experienced and stringently vetted drivers. We ensure daily health status checks and driving ability to provide a safe commute experience for the Swooper community. Our Swooper Captains are trained to be punctual to save your valuable time.
