In the new story mode, you can intuitively swipe through today's top headlines for a quick news overview - from Germany and around the world.
In the "News" section you will find all the news from the tagesschau sorted by important departments such as foreign, domestic, business (including the stock market), investigative or weather. Under "My Regions" you can also find out about regional news from your federal state*. You can also find the most important news as a video.
Under "Shows" ("TV") you will find the current live stream of current or videos of past shows, including the tagesschau (also with sign language), the tagesthemen, the night magazine or tagesschau24. The proven "tagesschau" is suitable for your quick news update on the go in 100 seconds"!
You can optionally receive all breaking news from the tagesschau editors via push message on your device - find out live when something important happens! The app now also has a "Dark Mode" (can be used from Android 10).
