All this, and even more, the new Tasty - the Food Scanner application with a database of several tens of thousands of products is expanding. Just scan the product barcode with your mobile phone's camera. At this point, Tasty will provide the user with detailed product information through various graphs, infographics, and structured text.
The application shows:
• nutritional values and their comparison with products of the same category
• Composition of the product with the possibility of obtaining additional information on additives and emulsifiers with a graphical representation of the amount of macro-nutrients in the product
• the allergen found in the product
• other people's views on the product through comments and their ratings
• Individual alerts to ensure that the product meets the user's requirements
• A fit index that tells you how much effort is needed to spend the various calorie-burning sports that the product contains
Individual alerts can be customized for themselves or for the whole family by creating profiles. The user defines what is allergic to what he / she likes or does not like, which country the products do not want to buy, or, for example, what kind of nutritional value his products have.
In addition to product detail, the application offers a comparison of scanned products based on: proteins, sugars, fats, carbohydrates, energy, and average from user ratings.
Last but not least, Tasty has a shopping cart that can be shared with the whole family and added to products by simply scanning their bar code.
