This is the most effective coaching system which allows direct contact with your coach anytime. Complete your training sessions at a time that's convenient to you and get expert coaching regardless of where you are in the world.

The Speed Project app is suitable for men and women but is aimed at athletes (mainly track and team sports) looking to excel in their sport. The training methods and concepts may be too challenging for the average exercise enthusiast.

Login to view training programs and coaching sheets that will help you get the most out of your workouts. You will learn step-by-step and master the exercise movements with a detailed movement teaching system and instructional videos.
