With this app, we are not only at your side EVERY DAY for eight weeks from birth, but also start during pregnancy and prepare you for the postpartum period in eight sophisticated steps. You can also tick off all your to-dos in our customizable checklists and save your postpartum team's contacts so that you have quick access at any time.

Together with midwives, doulas, physiotherapists, psychologists and other young parents, we have designed our app to provide you with all the knowledge you need in the first few days after birth, without dogma or paternalism .

THE PEPARTMENT APP PROVIDES:

1. Tutorial for preparing for the postpartum period: In eight lessons, parents learn what to expect physically and mentally in the postpartum period and how they can prepare for it now. It's about planning food and household chores for the first few days after the birth, taming the administrative chaos, knowing that possible siblings will be well looked after and protecting your own boundaries against intrusive relatives.

2. Postpartum support a la minute: After the birth, parents learn everything about a current postpartum topic every day for eight weeks: at the beginning the focus is on physical challenges, breastfeeding and the baby blues, while the topics evolve over the course of the period Change time and provide articles about relationships, your own body image, difficult feelings and sexuality.
