uMotif helps you track your health data for use with your Healthcare Professionals or
clinical study teams.
This beautiful and easy-to-use app is used across the world by patients to capture data on their symptoms, outcomes and experience.
uMotif has captured millions of data points for world-leading research studies in cancer,
chronic pain, Parkinson’s and arthritis, as well as empowering thousands of patients to
enhance their experience of care.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a registration code to be able to use the app. This will have
been sent to you by your health professional, study management team or via a clinical
research project website. Not all features of the uMotif platform will be enabled for every
study.
Will uMotif alter my treatment plan?
Using uMotif can help you track and understand your health and capture useful data for you and your healthcare or research team. The app does not make any recommendations or advise any change regarding your treatment.
uMotif does not provide you with a constant communications channel with your clinicians. Do not rely on the app in case of emergency or where you have health concerns. If you have any concerns or issues with your health, you must contact your health professionals using the normal routes.
We integrate with Apple HealthKit to bring relevant health information into the umotif app
so we can then display it back to you along with your symptom self reported information.
What happens to my data?
Your data is always safe. We believe patients should own and control their data. We only
provide access to your study or care team where you’ve provided your permission. More
information can be found in the privacy policy in the application itself.
