Get control of your calorie intake and lose weight with Vektklubb!

Vektklubb's new app makes it easy to record the calories you eat and how much you burn through exercise. We give you a suggested menu that you can follow and thousands of calorie-calculated recipes that can be used as inspiration in everyday life. Our service is based on the Norwegian Directorate of Health's dietary advice and has been developed in collaboration with experts in weight loss, nutrition and exercise since 2005.

To get started with the app, you must have an active subscription to Vektklubb. Start already today by going to https://www.vektklubb.no.

Vektklubb offers:
- Weight program for a simple overview of weight development
- Diary for logging food and exercise
- Calorie-calculated recipes
- Articles in the field of health, diet and exercise
- Simple logging of food items with a barcode scanner
- Automatic logging of activities with Google Fit and Apple Health
- Expert panel consisting of nutritionists and a personal trainer

How to use the diary:
1. Press the plus icons to record food or exercise .
2. Search for foods, recipes or activities.
3) When you have finished recording food or activity, the diary will be updated and you will see how many calories you have left for the day in question. In the diary, you get a simple overview of everything you have logged and also allows you to follow the development over time.
