A couple of buttons have been changed in chats.
1. “Envelope,” which when clicked reset notifications about unanswered people, turned into a “No need to reply” button. She's on the left.
The button works the same as before: to make notifications disappear, click on it or reply.
If you plan to respond to the client, but later, it is better to leave notifications. This way messages will not be lost.
2. The “suitcase” has moved. To see transactions with a client, click on the three dots in the upper right corner → click “Transactions”.
Improved performance
Fixed an issue with enabling notifications.
We made the list of chats more convenient:
— Now templates can be quickly found by the tags that were created for them in your Wazzup account.
- Dialogues in different messengers differ from each other: we added an icon of the messenger to which it belongs to each chat.
For example, if you communicate with one client in Telegram and WhatsApp, you will immediately see where the chat is in Telegram and where it is in WhatsApp.
- Removed the "Create dialogue" button from where it is not needed. If you can’t write from the channel first, we don’t offer to do it.
What has changed:
- Added recognition of voice messages for channels on the Max, WABA tariff, as well as VKontakte and Telegram Bot channels on the Pro tariff. To read what the client said, click on the letters "Aa" next to the message.
- Chats on WhatsApp channels now receive reactions to messages. They are displayed as an emoji that the client left.
- Fixed a bug on iOS: the application does not freeze if the seller records the voice for more than a minute.
- You can now listen to a voice message before sending it. To enable this, simply do not hold down the microphone button while recording audio. Press it once - the recording will start, press it again - the recording will stop, but will not go. Listen to the message, and if it does not suit you, delete it and write it down differently.
- Fixed bugs with images: now the correspondence with the picture scrolls smoothly, and several pictures are sent at once.
In the Wazzup mobile application, managers can use Wazzup functions from their phone. Managers will not be tied to a computer, which will increase the speed and number of responses to clients.
The application eliminates the loss of incoming applications due to the human factor. We do not have the concept of "unread messages", there are only "unanswered messages". The notification of an incoming message will not disappear if you simply click on the dialog. To remove a notification from the dialogue, the manager must either answer the client or click on the special button “Does not require a response”. If the manager did not answer the client, this is his conscious action.
Dialogues with unanswered messages are always at the top of the list. This eliminates the possibility of forgetting about the dialogue.
The head of the sales department sees the dialogues of all managers and their notifications about unanswered messages. So he will be able to track how and with what speed managers respond to messages.
Managers will be able to work immediately on both WhatsApp and Instagram through one application. You will not need to waste time to switch from one application to another.
