If you’re holding your device in landscape when entering an article screen, the video will no longer automatically jump into full-screen mode. If you’re holding your phone or tablet in portrait orientation when you’re on an article, then you can still quickly launch video full-screen mode by rotating it to landscape. We also fixed some minor bugs.

We fixed a bug where weather and closing alert banners were not opening the correct screen.
The radar map on our Weather screen now taps through to a full-screen interactive map so you can see more of the regional conditions and radar motion.
We added a share button to the Video screen so you can send video news clips via SMS, email, or on social.
A fresh session of bug squashing in this release. Please make sure automatic updates are turned on in your settings so you always get the latest builds.

-This latest build brings you larger, more legible text on articles and a design change to our video player that makes the mute and closed caption icons easier to tap.
