The comprehensive intelligent traffic and intelligent transportation plan of Isfahan has been developed to guide citizens and tourists in the context of intra-city travel and information on the current traffic situation in the city. The web-based version of this project is also available at http://isfahantraffic.ir. This project was implemented by the Rayan Meghran Development Company in cooperation with the Nikandish Engineering Company and the Traffic Control Center of Isfahan in the field of Transportation and Traffic Affairs of the Municipality of Isfahan.

The main features of this software are:

- Isfahan Offline Mobile Map and Functional Layers

Isfahan map is available with details, along with information layers related to transport and traffic-related location situations offline. In the event of a change in location or added, new layers of the message will be notified to the user, and if the user confirms the layers will be updated.

- Online traffic intersection of the city

Intersection traffic information is automatically picked up from the SCATS control sensors and then pre-rendered at the traffic control center on the map. This information is displayed on the mobile phone from the Internet received on the map. The time period for updating information is customizable by the user.

- Traffic control camera images

With this feature, the image taken from the video surveillance cameras of the metropolis of Isfahan is available to the user. By clicking on any camera, the last recorded image from the Internet is displayed to the user.

- Intelligent routing of the fleet of buses

The user chooses to enter this section and click on the origin and destination map, and the system receives the route or routes from the central server via the Internet. Directions are plotted one by one on the map, and the description of the step-by-step route is provided to the user.

- Intelligent Car Ride Routing

This service provides the user with a car ride based on the Isfahan metropolitan area network. The user specifies their destination on the map and the appropriate routes to reach the destination via the Internet are received from the central server and mapped to the map. The step-by-step description of the route is also in the section describing the route available to the user. The user may be riding on his own car or use a taxi to drive. In the recent case, the service will, in addition to advising the user, prevent the deliberate misuse of the unfamiliarity of tourists and passengers.
